Three recurring plans for offices, retail, and commercial properties, from regular maintenance to total property care. Add a day porter service when shared spaces need attention during the day. Every plan starts with a walkthrough and a written scope.

Day porter service
Professional, reliable cleaning during business hours. A day porter handles common areas, trash removal, spills, high-touch surfaces, restroom supplies, and customized special requests while the building is open. It is an additional service, not a fourth plan.
Also available for one-off work: move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and deep cleans quoted per property.

Ecofem Clean Service LLC is a Bay Area cleaning company built around a simple promise: the standard you agree to is the standard you get, every visit. We serve small and mid-sized offices, medical and professional suites, and homeowners who would rather not manage a cleaning crew themselves.
Our teams work from a written scope, so nothing depends on who happens to be on site that day. Kitchens and restrooms are treated as the priority, because they are the rooms people judge a building by. High-touch surfaces, door handles, and shared equipment get attention on every visit, not only on deep cleans.
We keep a small, consistent roster and assign the same crew to your property wherever possible. Before starting with a new client, we walk the space together, agree on frequency and scope, and put it in writing, so your quote and your service match.
